Lautrec has been in Christchurch for eight years. Our presence in Christchurch began immediately after the 2011 earthquake with Kevin volunteering and assisting the USAR teams. Fast forward to 2019 where we have a team of three in the Christchurch office on Gloucester Street which is lead by Fraser Knott.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years.
Ernest Wong is the newest member to join the Lautrec family. He will be based in our Auckland office and will be part of the structural team. Ernest interned at Lautrec over the summer of 2017/2018 and we are pleased to have him back as a Graduate Engineer.
In his spare time he likes to listen to music, play the piano or watch and play basketball.

Aimee Walker has written an opinion piece on what Companies can do to create an environment that puts an end to racism, xenophobia and related intolerance. This piece has been endorsed by Lautrec.
Our thoughts and aroha are with the victims, their family and the muslim community.
March 8 is International Women’s Day and it is an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved and where to next. The IWD theme for 2019 is #balanceforbetter and we think a balanced workforce is the way forward and should be part of any organisation’s strategic goals.
Blazenka Rose joins our Auckland office as a senior structural engineer. She loves the NZ lifestyle, beaches, hiking, nature, outdoor living and BBQ’s. Her two sons are at University and are pretty much independent allowing her to focus on her career.
Cecile Vendeuvre is from France and has joined the structural team to gain some hands-on experience in New Zealand. She studied Engineering and Architecture. What are you passionate about? I love nature and I am very concerned about the environment….
As January 2019 comes to an end, we reflect back on 2018. It was a busy year, one where we grew as an organisation and focussed on staying united as a team and getting our house in order. For Lautrec…
