Judy is the newest member to join the Auckland branch in the drafting team. The second project we are profiling is the Fraser Avenue apartments with NZLiving. We have worked with NZLiving before on 340 Onehunga Mall Apartments providing the structural design for both projects. We spoke to Shane Brealey from NZLiving about the Fraser Avenue Apartments in Northcote.
As part of the NZ Green Building Week 2019, the first project we are profiling is a two-storey home on Herald Island dubbed ‘The Mangrove home’. Charissa Snijders was the architect and Lautrec provided the structural engineering. We started the project in 2015 and construction was completed this year.

Fraser Avenue Apartments is the latest project with NZ Living. This five three-storey apartment block is currently in Building Consent.
