Fraser Avenue Apartments is the latest project with NZ Living. This five three-storey apartment block is currently in Building Consent.
This is the second project where we have provided the structural design for NZ Living.
Lautrec has been in Christchurch for eight years. Our presence in Christchurch began immediately after the 2011 earthquake with Kevin volunteering and assisting the USAR teams. Fast forward to 2019 where we have a team of three in the Christchurch office on Gloucester Street which is lead by Fraser Knott.
