We collect your personal information in order to invoice and contact you in regard to the services we provide
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter invoicing details, we will be unable to provide the contracted services.
We keep your information safe by storing it on our in-house server, our cloud-based server and in physical files held on our premises or in secure storage offsite. Only Lautrec staff is able to access it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
If you would like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, we will respond to your request within 20 working days.
