Consistent with the New Zealand Government’s response, Lautrec is treating this situation as a serious risk to health and safety and will follow all recommendations in relation to every aspect of our operations. As an organisation, Lautrec is committed to ensuring the welfare of those who work for and alongside us as well as their families and the wider community.

Effective from 24 March 2020, Lautrec and its staff will be abiding by the level four category for the next four weeks.

During this time, all staff will be working from home.  Lautrec already has flexible work practices in place and many of our staff work from home on a regular basis.  We want to assure you that while working remotely, we are committed to maintaining a high level of service.

The best form of communication is by email directly to your usual contact (click here for a full list of our team) but we are also all set up on Microsoft Teams, are familiar with Zoom and our office phone has been redirected so will be answered if you need to contact us in person.

As a Company we pride ourselves on our ability to be agile and adapt to any challenges.  This is especially important during these unprecedented times.

We leave you with a well-known Maori proverb that feels appropriate during this time.

He aha te mea nui o te ao. He tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata

What is the most important thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people.
