We have been working with NZ Living on their latest development in Northcote. Fraser Avenue Apartments is made up of five three-storey apartment blocks which is currently in Building Consent.

Given Northcote’s proximity to the CBD and great links to public transport it is in an ideal location. Northcote is due to undergo a huge transformation with 1500 homes to be erected over the next five years, a revamp to the shopping centre and a greenway route connecting the suburb.

This is our second project with NZLiving. 340 Onehunga was one of the first apartments to be announced under the Kiwibuild scheme and is due to be completed in August. There are three more projects coming up with NZ Living in Northcote over the next two years.
