We are business as usual from our home offices and will be answering all your calls and emails and continuing to work on your projects.

We appreciate this is an uncertain and challenging time for everyone so if you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Auckland is currently at level 3 and our Christchurch office is at level 2.  We will be working under the following conditions:

During this period, our Auckland team can join meetings remotely via MSTeams and Zoom.  For the Christchurch team it is still preferable to avoid face to face meetings where possible but our team can meet in person following Delta Level 2 protocols, including the wearing of masks where required.   

Site Visits

Our team are available for site visits.  Please get in contact if you have any Health and Safety questions.  Our Health and Safety procedures follow all industry and government advice and are available upon request


We have the necessary infrastructure in place to work remotely.  This includes ensuring confidential information is dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Staff responsibilities

Under no circumstances will staff be coming into the office or attending site if they are unwell.


PPE and cleaning equipment will be available to staff.

We can assure you that Lautrec is well placed to continue to deliver its full service and is fully staffed and ready to adapt to any changes in delivery necessary to assist you with your projects in this fast-changing environment.
