Ilona joined the Lautrec team in October as an Office Administrator and has already become a valued part of our day-to-day operations. With previous experience in construction, administration, and accounting, Ilona brings a well-rounded skill set to the team. We are delighted to officially welcome her and are excited to have her on board.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. I love reading books on psychology, autobiographies, and stories written by well-known public figures, as well as modern novels. I also enjoy spending quality time with my son and dedicating time to wellness, nutrition, and self-development.
What attracted you to working with us?
Working in an engineering company perfectly aligns with my background and professional interests. I was drawn to Lautrec because of its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and the opportunity to grow while contributing my previous experience in construction, administration, and accounting within a dynamic engineering environment.
What has your experience been like so far?
My first months has been very positive. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, and I’ve enjoyed getting involved in different processes and learning more about the engineering side of the business. It already feels like a place where I can grow and contribute long-term.
Is there a book or movie that has inspired you?
One of the most inspiring books for me is Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey. It’s not just about success, but about learning how to trust your own path, accept life’s detours, and recognize that even the hardest moments carry meaning. I love how honest and unfiltered it is a reminder that real growth often comes through challenge, discipline and self-reflection.I also think he’s a brilliant actor, and many of my favorite movies are the ones where he plays the leading role.
