Project Overview:

The structural design for a modern medical specialist centre, which opened in July 2024 in Tauranga. The project presented significant challenges due to the complex soil conditions in the area, requiring an innovative approach to foundation design.

Outcome:

Despite these challenges, our team successfully delivered a welcoming, warm, and highly functional facility that serves the Tauranga community. Through collaborative efforts, a state-of-the-art centre was achieved, meeting the needs of both patients and medical professionals.
