About the project:

Residential development made up of 37 terraced houses including five two-storey blocks and one three-storey block.  There were four different variations.

The structural design included:

Rib raft foundations
Timber floor framing
Bracing design
Integral bridged retaining wall
Steel CBF framing

Construction was completed in July 2020
