About the project:

Structural design for a three-storey residential apartment complex consisting of 9 blocks with a total of 132 apartments.

The design was split into 2 stages with 5 buildings in stage 1 and 4 buildings in stage 2.

It is part of the extensive Northcote Kiwibuild Development and construction has been completed within an ambitious timeframe despite the challenges of Covid lockdowns and limited supply chains.
