About the project: The existing building was adapted into a clubhouse with a bunker underneath large enough to store the clubs’ yachts.  The bunker is made of reinforced concrete and the roof deck has been designed to allow for parking and yacht storage.  Our Director’s in-depth knowledge of sailing and the sailing club’s requirements played a key role in developing the concept for the development.
