About the project:  Construction was completed in August on this two-block three-storey apartment building.  It was one of the first apartment buildings to be announced as part of the Kiwibuild scheme and was completed on time and within budget.

Was a finalist in the 2020 New Zealand Institute of Architects Awards under the Multi-unit Housing Category.
