Lautrec Covid-19 response

Lautrec has put in place a full safety and response strategy with the aims to keep clients and employees safe and minimise the risk of transmission of Covid-19 at work or in the community.  As a business, we remain fully operational as we adjust to the current climate.  These guidelines are effective from the 14th May 2020 as we move into Level two.

Working from home/Office

We have put in place procedures for the team to work within the office as well as remotely.  Everyone is contactable via phone or on email. See our people for a full list.

Strict protocols have been put in place to track who is in the office at any given time and to manage safely the use of shared spaces.  We have a plan for increased frequency of cleaning with a focus on high touch points.

Face-to-face meetings

Our team will be available to meet face to face if requested.  However, online meetings are encouraged where possible.

Site Visits

Our team will be in contact with you to confirm if site visits are needed.  Our Health and Safety procedures are available upon request.

We have the necessary infrastructure in place to work remotely.  This includes ensuring confidential information is dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

Staff responsibilities

Under no circumstances will staff be coming into the office or attending site if they are unwell.

PPE and cleaning equipment will be available to staff.

We can assure you that Lautrec is well placed to continue to deliver its full service and is fully staffed and ready to adapt to any changes in delivery necessary to assist you with your projects in this fast-changing environment.
